Billy Hinton is Chief Talent Officer; Executive Vice President and a Partner at HKS. He develops firm-wide strategies to attract, develop and retain talent, and he oversees the summer internship program. Billy also works with all HKS teams to formalize BIM structure, graphic standards and construction documentation methodology.
