“Successful project management is achieved by engaging fully with the client and project team, respecting their values and always enjoying the process.”
Richard, a LEED-accredited professional, is hands-on when it comes to managing hospitality projects. He is knowledgeable about each project’s overall scope in addition to being immersed in myriad day-to-day details. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for managing many of the firm’s largest, most complicated and multi-faceted hospitality, residential and commercial projects. Richard’s 31 years of experience includes residential high-rise, hotels, commercial office buildings, parking structures and healthcare facilities. He invested seven years as a project manager for The Palazzo Las Vegas, the largest LEED Silver-certified hotel in the world. He’s currently working on two sustainable hospitality projects for Four Seasons Resort and Residences in Brazil, which will seek Procel certification, Brazil’s equivalent to LEED. “Sustainably built projects are being embraced around the world,” says Richard. “It’s the future of our industry.”
