Sheba Ross, Partner at HKS, leads the firm’s Cities and Communities practice, focusing on growing, connecting, and revitalizing urban areas with purpose. With a career dedicated to architecture and urban design, Sheba creates culturally significant and environmentally conscious projects, emphasizing both buildings and the spaces between them. Over the past two decades, she has honed her expertise in master planning by blending storytelling with design details. Sheba serves on ULI Atlanta's Advisory Board and has chaired key leadership programs. Recently, she advised seven mayors as part of the Mayors' Institute on City Design’s National Taskforce. A champion of public participation, Sheba links urban revitalization with community wellbeing. In 2020, she was recognized by ULI Atlanta WLI ChangeMakers as one of the most influential women in Atlanta real estate.
