Scott Baltimore is a Office Design Leader and Principal at HKS. He leads Commercial Mixed-Use projects at HKS Raleigh, drawing on national and international project experience. Scott is driven by the belief that architecture is intrinsically tied to culture and context and his award-winning work can be found in San Francisco, New York, Kazakhstan and Turkey.
