Becky Baron is a Principal at HKS. She works in Advisory, and has extensive experience with system-wide strategic planning for over 100 health care organizations, connecting their visions and goals with effective delivery of service. While she focuses on ambulatory solutions and portfolio optimization, Becky has deep knowledge of commercial and mixed-use planning.
