The site has been developed carefully in order to maintain most of the existing mature hardwood trees. The new main entry and lobby has been placed on axis with an existing double row of live oaks spanning from west to east. Three-story glass and steel walls extend this entry axis through the lobby, capitalizing on views of White Rock Creek to the east.
Maple flooring from the existing basketball court was reused to create three collaboration spaces that float above the open workspace. The existing central swimming pool was transformed into café, beverage bar and collaboration social spaces. The linear space defined by the existing barrel vault becomes the primary circulation spine.
