The city. Always unique. Always moving. Always building. A city’s growth is contingent upon its community. And when the community is an eclectic mixture of culture and lifestyles, the development must reflect that. It needs to be the right fit for everyone.
Terminus 200 is part of a larger, mixed-use development of Class-A office space, condominiums and retail stores that serves the Buckhead district of Atlanta. The 25-story tower is set on a podium of below-grade parking that creates a largely pedestrian environment for its tenants and guests.
The popularity of the design of this complex, combined with its desirable location and easy access, has accelerated the overall development of the master plan, currently scheduled for completion in 2014. Through design and execution of the development, the project has added to the success of the Buckhead experience for the local community and visitors alike.
