“We find great satisfaction in using our business sense to achieve the client’s goals and meet their expectations on each project.”
An early interest in woodworking and how things are built led Rodney to a career in architecture. As a child, he often would stop and study houses under construction, trying to figure out the process of putting something together. Those early interests have led him to a field that’s taken him all over the country. “My favorite building type is hotels,” says Rodney. “They’re such dynamic building types with so many amenities – it’s so neat to see a building go from a drawing to a completed structure.” Rodney has practiced in all phases of the architectural process and with more than 34 years of experience, his primary concentration is in the construction phase. Since joining the firm, he has been involved with low- and high-rise office buildings, retail projects, high-rise condominiums and healthcare facilities, ranging from $19 million to $1.9 billion in construction.
