“The decision to build is a precious and serious endeavor. I leverage campus opportunities to maximize strategic, operational and financial advantages for client learning communities.”
Mark was drawn to planning and building at an early age. “When I was 10 years old, my best friend and I built tree-forts in my New Jersey backyard using “found” materials, and landscaping with boulders from an old stone wall. It was excellent training in imagining how to best use resources, create inspiring places and solve complex structural problems.” Mark lost track of his buddy when their families moved away – but then discovered many years later that both had become professional architects. Using his specialized knowledge of enhanced learning environments and cost-management expertise, Mark has guided more than 100 educational projects to successful completion.
