About Lorenzo

Lorenzo is a visionary designer who develops truly memorable hospitality environments. For more than 38 years, his award-winning work has been featured in leading design and lifestyle publications worldwide. As practice director, he continues to build a hospitality studio of architects who are inspired by creativity, innovation and one-of-a-kind experiences. Having grown up in a depressed neighborhood in West Dallas under difficult circumstances, Lorenzo busied himself with hobbies, including renovating and building things, to avoid street life.  While in high school, a teacher inspired him to view these interests through the lens of architecture.  “She is, to this day, my inspiration, influence and guiding light. I think of her and give her thanks quite often for showing me the way to continued self-improvement. Because of her, I have had wonderful opportunities to participate in the design and building of many great projects around world while working for the best architectural firm on the planet,” says Lorenzo.
