“I look for unique ways we can bring healthcare innovation excellence to each project and tailor the very best project delivery process to meet those goals.”
Leslie’s 34-year career has been dedicated to healthcare architecture. She has unparalleled experience in planning, designing and managing numerous projects including complex critical care hospitals, women’s hospitals, neonatal intensive care units and heart centers. She has worked with many great clients, some of whom remain wonderful friends. One such client, now friend, worked closely with Leslie on a large bed tower expansion. The COO of a significant hospital in Arizona, this client taught Leslie the dynamics of a healthcare institution, how everyone thinks and how to communicate and engage with people at all levels. “Along with maintaining a sense of humor, one of the most important lessons she taught me was to be myself even during tough times,” recalls Leslie.
