Larry Tuccio, AIA, LEED AP
Principal, Project Manager

“As a project manager, I feel that it’s essential to maintain open communications with every client, keeping them informed of the project’s progress and promoting a successful project.”

Larry’s dad and uncle both studied architecture, so there was some history with the profession in his family. It wasn’t necessarily something he had always wanted to do, but he was led in that direction and it just sort of happened. The fact that construction had always intrigued him, and architecture ran in the family, might have helped steer his direction somewhat. Little did he know that choosing architecture would end up providing a 38-year-long career that has taken him all over the world.

What Larry enjoys most about architecture is the challenge of solving problems while collaborating with the team to reach the client’s goals.  He likes seeing all the pieces come together and watching a project evolve from a concept to successful completion.  “During my career, I have worked in the healthcare, residential, sports, hospitality and commercial sectors, but believe my talents and abilities are utilized best as a project manager in the commercial sector,” Larry explains.
