About Kate

Kate’s insatiable desire to learn and communicate shows through in her passion for workplace design and started early in life. When she was in seventh grade art class learning to draw in perspective, she was captivated by the process and how it communicated the idea of space. Today, she believes designers are in a unique position to help clients connect the dots to clearly see the relationship among their business goals, real estate drivers, culture and brand to create environment that are strategic tools for doing business and engaging their employees to get amazing results. “I’m continually inspired by our clients’ reactions to their new spaces. After they have lived in it for a while, they see that their firm’s culture now has a place to breathe and thrive,” she said.
