“A successful project is begun by assembling a team with the right chemistry to creatively address project objectives and successfully meet client expectations.”
After spending three years in the architectural drafting program in high school, David was hooked. “Architects are problem-solvers,” David points out. In his early days at HKS, he realized that he wanted to be involved in healthcare design. “The many problem-solving challenges that healthcare projects provided, along with the idea of creating a place for healing, really appealed to me,” he added. These days, David is passionate about delivering high-quality, low-cost designs that provide positive patient outcomes for clients including Universal Health Services and Ascension Health. With 28 years of experience specializing in healthcare facilities, he oversees project implementation of each phase of development including coordination of the design, production and specifications teams as well as numerous consultants.
