Carl Beers, AIA
Principal, Florida Health Group Practice Leader

“Design affects our lives profoundly, from the grand gestures that hold our attention captive to the quiet moments that understatedly reassure and comfort us.”

About Carl

Carl first experienced the power of architecture as a child while helping his father restore a 100-year-old farmhouse in Waxahachie, Texas. “The magic and power of that experience – bringing a building to life from a set of drawings – led me to become an architect.” A sense of service and giving back were also big draws for Carl. “When I’m designing a patient room for my client, I know it’s ultimately impacting the life of a cancer patient sitting in that room two years later.” Carl brings more than 29 years of specialized experience to the creation of award-winning, extraordinary environments for health, life, sciences, research and learning clients.
