Brian Eason, AIA, LEED AP
Principal, Project Manager

“Successful architecture results from managing client expectations and respecting the integrity of the design, while balancing project budget and schedule.”

About Brian

Brian has loved drawing since elementary school and always knew what he wanted to be – an architect. After working in several different sectors in architecture, he landed in the commercial sector because of all of the various players he works with on the projects. Over the years, he realized that serving as project manager is where he really excels. Brian is the “buck stops here” guy. He enjoys bringing the team together and making sure that everyone plays their part, while orchestrating the project itself.

Beginning with initial programming, Brian works directly with the client to establish project goals and objectives. Maintaining open communication through regularly scheduled meetings, Brian oversees project implementation of each phase of development. He constantly monitors project progress and costs, maintaining work conformance with project schedules and budget requirements.
