Bob Martineck, AIA, LEED AP
Principal, Senior Project Manager

“As a project manager, there is no greater feeling of accomplishment than successfully collaborating with your client to transform a project into a center of care that touches so many lives.”

About Bob

Bob’s high school mechanical drafting teacher took him aside to tell him that architecture would be a good career choice for him. And, he took that advice. Thirty-two years later, his expertise includes managing complex, multi-million dollar projects – many of which have received design and team collaboration awards. Throughout his career, Bob has served a number of the U.S.’s leading healthcare providers on more than $4 billion in construction. He likens project management to a sport. “It takes preparation to ensure success. From planning to budgeting to coaching, a lot takes place behind the scenes. But, it is all worth it when you strike a win for the client.”
