Dave McGlashan, vice president/eastern region S&T practice leader and Ken DeBoer, AIA, vice president/senior lab planner, HKS Science & Technology practice, are speaking at Tradeline Space Strategies 2015 in San Diego. Their pre-conference course “Fundamentals of Space Planning and Space Management,” will be November 15, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

This course will provide an introductory level primer on planning and management of physical space. It includes basic space planning and management vocabulary and concepts, and details the fundamental policies, processes, practices, analytical tools and database management concepts involved in developing and implementing a space management plan. The course concludes with case studies to illustrate the challenges and successes of space management.
