Holly Egan Arnold, AIA, LEED AP, has joined HKS’ San Francisco office as vice president and project manager. Arnold brings 16 years of professional experience as a project manager and project architect, most recently working for Architecture International in Mill Valley, Calif.
Arnold has a broad range of experience in various market sectors, including mixed-use and multi-family/high-rise residential, higher education, healthcare projects and more. She began her career in Milwaukee in 1997 and relocated to the Bay Area in 2004.
“Holly is an outstanding addition to our growing team in San Francisco,” said Don Harrier, AIA, LEED AP, principal and senior vice president, HKS San Francisco. “Her depth of experience working collaboratively with design teams, consultants, contractors and city agencies, from conception through construction managing complex projects, elevates our ability to service our clients.”
Before joining HKS, Arnold served as project manager for several Bay Area high-rise residential projects, including the 463-unit, 9-story MOSSO projects at 900 Folsom and 260 Fifth St. in San Francisco and The Grand, a 250-unit, 22-story high-rise residence in Oakland. With HKS, Arnold is currently working as project architect for the residential portion of The Village, located in Dallas, which includes more than 300 residential units.
Arnold received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Carnegie Mellon University. She is licensed to practice architecture in California and Wisconsin.
