Kate Clemens Davis, NCIDQ, LEED AP, has joined the HKS Chicago office as vice president and design director of workplace strategies. She is responsible for implementing workplace design across all practice areas of the firm.

Davis has more than 16 years of experience creating inspiring work environments for her clients. Her portfolio includes the recently completed Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company Global Headquarters, as well as several projects worldwide for Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company, IBM, Unilever, Fireman’s Fund Insurance and Whole Foods Market.  Her work has been published and received numerous awards including two recent awards for the interior design of Whole Foods Market RCO.

“The changing nature of workplace design requires special skills and expertise to make the right choices for our clients. Kate brings vast knowledge and thoughtful design strategies to HKS. Current projects for the HKS Midwest region include the new corporate headquarters for Presence Health, Minnesota Vikings stadium, a facilities master plan for Loyola University Health System and The University of Chicago Medicine/Silver Cross Hospital Cancer Center Expansion.
